The story of the Sauna Menthol product began in 2018 during a vacation in a hammam spa. The founder of the company has a habit of taking saunas in hot baths and pouring water on himself during the sauna. During one of these sauna sessions, he experienced something new – water with menthol crystals added! It created a completely new feeling of coolness and freshness in the sauna, but menthol would not have been worth it, nor should it be poured directly into the eyes.
Even though the menthol crystals made his eyes sting, he couldn't help but admire the power of this substance at the same time. This was his "first baptism" into the world of menthol. This invigorating experience inspired us to create a product that brings the same refreshing feeling to Finnish saunas, but with a domestic brand and Finnish design and design.
